By Train

• A two-minute walk from JR “Kobe” station.
  (our hotel is directly connected to the underground passage)
• A five-minute walk from “Kosoku-Kobe” station with Hankyu / Hanshin / Sanyo lines.
  (our hotel is directly connected to the underground mall “Duo Kobe”)
• A two-minute walk from “Harborland” station with subway Kaigan line.
  (our hotel is directly connected to the underground mall “Duo Kobe”)
• A twelve-minute walk from “Okurayama” station on the subway Yamate line.
• A fifteen-minute drive from “Shin-Kobe” station on Tokaido Shinkansen.

From the central ticket gate of JR Kobe Station to the hotel

 Use the escalator

1. Go out the Central Exit of JR Kobe Station, turn right, and take the escalator from the South Exit to the Duo Kobe underground shopping mall.

2. Straight ahead to the right at the main information.

3. Take the escalator on the right at the end of the hall to the basement floor of the hotel.

 Use the elevator

1. Go out the central ticket gate of JR Kobe Station and turn right. Turn right further.

2. Take the elevator at Exit 15 to the basement floor. Turn right off the elevator and you will see a large passageway.

3. Follow the corridor on the left and you will find the elevator for Exit 25 near the end of the corridor.

4. Go through DUO Kobe and take the elevator at Exit 25 to the ground level.

5. After getting off the elevator, go to the ground level. Go in the direction of the arrow.

6. Follow the road for a while and you will see the entrance to Hotel Crown Palais Kobe on your left.

 Use the ramp

1. Go out the central ticket gate of JR Kobe Station and turn right. Turn further right.

2. You will see the elevator at Exit 15. Proceed in the direction of the yellow arrow.

3. Here is the enlarged yellow arrow. (without taking the elevator)

4. You will see a ramp on your right.

5. Follow the road to the Harbor Center Building site.

6. At the end of the main entrance, take the elevator to the left and you will arrive at the front desk of the hotel.

Access: from JR Kobe station to our hotel after 11:30pm

The underground shopping complex, Duo Kobe, closes at 11:30pm along with all of its exits.
If you arrive after 11:30pm at JR Kobe station, Subway Harborland station or Kosoku Kobe station, please take the pedestrian bridge from the JR Kobe station south exit.
After you cross the pedestrian bridge on the right side of the exit, the hotel main entrance is right there.

By Plane

Kobe Airport

• A fifteen-minute drive from Kobe Airport to our hotel by a car.
• To JR Kobe Station from Kobe Airport via Sannomiya by Port Liner takes approximately 30 minutes.

Osaka International (Itami) Airport

• To Sannomiya from Kansai International Airport by Limousine Bus takes approximately 40 minutes. → Then take a train to JR Kobe Station for 4 minutes.

Kansai International Airport

• To Sannomiya from Kansai International Airport by Limousine Bus takes approximately 65 minutes. (direct route) → Then take a train to JR Kobe Station for 4 minutes.

By Car

• A five-minute drive from “Yanagihara Exit” or “Kyobashi Exit” exit on the Hanshin Expressway.
