Positive Dream Persons opened a new facility, "Takamiya Garden Tea House," on April 1st in the fourth year of Reiwa (2023).

"Takamiya Garden Tea House" is a facility designed for all visitors to spend a relaxing time, featuring a restaurant, tea room, reception hall, and music hall.

The facility is located in the former residence of the Kaishima family, one of the "Chikuho Three Families," and is currently designated as a cultural property by the city of Fukuoka. With a history spanning over 100 years and a dignified atmosphere that has been loved and passed down by the local community, the facility aims to mark a new chapter in Takamiya, an area also well-versed in culture and education.
