Beef or pork simmered in red miso.
Aka-miso is a deep, reddish-brown miso made from soybeans and salt, aged for an extended period. Its rich, bold flavor makes it ideal for stews and sauces. It is widely known for its various health benefits, including disease prevention and skin-enhancing properties.
Chita Shirasu (Baby Sardines)
Located between Ise and Mikawa Bays, Minamichita is blessed with fertile fishing grounds and has a long-standing fishing tradition. Enjoy the exceptional freshness and high quality of our local shirasu to your heart's content.
Popular and even more delicious served with rice.
(1) Create your own Shirasu bowl! Top your rice with Chita shirasu, grated daikon radish, green onions, and a soft-boiled "Onsen Tamago" egg. Finish it with a dash of soy sauce.
(2) Pour it over warm rice for an irresistible flavor. We also highly recommend adding an Onsen Tamago (soft-boiled egg) as a topping.
Okumikawa Jidori Salad Chicken
Okumikawa Dori are healthy chickens raised in the abundant nature of the Okumikawa Plateau. Fed a diet rich in Vitamin E, this flavorful chicken is produced under a fully integrated management system, ensuring top quality from feed to processing.
Kariya Kiriboshi-Daikon (Sun-Dried Radish)
Kariya City is a thriving hub for radish cultivation, where fresh radishes are carefully processed into high-quality kiriboshi-daikon. Dried in the natural sunlight and exposed to the chilly, dry "Ibuki Oroshi" winds for two days, this process concentrates the natural flavors and sweetness of the radish.
Hekinan carrot
‘Hekinan Bijin’ was bred from ‘Hekinan Senkou Gosun Carrot,’ which is a traditional vegetable of Aichi Prefecture. As its name suggests, ‘Hekinan Bijin’ has a bright red color, beautiful shape and form, high sugar content, and no odor or bitterness. It is served as a fresh salad.
