HMI Member:Automatically achieve this rank by registering in the current fiscal year and receive a 3% discount on basic room rates.
HMI Gold Member:Achieve this rank by spending 30,000 yen or more in the current fiscal year and receive a 5% discount on room rates.
HMI Diamond Member:Achieve this rank by spending 100,000 yen or more in the current fiscal year and receive a 7% discount on room rates.
※Depending on the hotel, please be aware that some plans may not be eligible for discounts. We appreciate your understanding.
- Early Check-in &
Late Check-out - With this benefit, guests are able to check in one hour earlier and check out one hour later than the standard check-in and check-out times of each applicable hotel.

Enjoy a complimentary upgrade to a higher-graded room than the one initially booked. With this benefit, guests can enjoy larger, more comfortable rooms and, in some hotels, a higher level of amenities. Please note that free upgrades are subject to availability. An upgrade may not be available if the higher ranked room is already fully booked at the time of reservation or if demand increases during a particular time period.
Therefore, the front desk will confirm the availability of the upgrade at the time of check-in.

This offer provides a 10% discount off the regular rate at the hotel's restaurants. Enjoy your dining experience at a more economical price.
Please note the following points on how the discount is applied:・Discount Subjectivity: Some hotels and menus may not be eligible for this discount, so please check with the hotel before requesting.
・When Applying the Discount: Please prove that you are eligible for the discount by presenting the membership page on your smartphone screen (or other means of proof) at the time of use.
・Reservation Status: If the restaurant is fully booked, seating may not be available at your desired time. With this in mind, we recommend you to reserve in advance or contact the hotel directly.
・Discounts and Benefit Combinations: Please check in advance as certain discounts may not be combined with other discounts or special offers.

We offer a special welcome gift to our HMI Diamond Members, the highest rank in HMI Premium Club.
Upon arrival at the hotel, Diamond Members will receive either a set of champagne or “Mio” (sparkling sake), a set of assorted fruits, or a set of local confections.
Please note that some special welcome gift items are subject to change depending on the season and availability. If this occurs, we will nonetheless continue to provide carefully selected items to ensure an enhanced experience.

Membership privileges are only applied when a user makes a direct room booking on our official website(s). As a result, please note that membership privileges will not be applied in the following cases:
(1) When you make a reservation by phone.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.
(2) When you book upon arrival to our hotel without a prior reservation.
(3) When you reserve through any travel agency or online travel agent website other than our official website.
(4) When a reservation is booked via a corporate partner of the hotel and/or company.
(4) If the reservation was made by an organization using several individual names, like for employees on a business trip.
If you use any of these aforementioned reservation methods, the hotel's membership benefits (e.g., free room upgrade, restaurant discount, early check-in & late check-out, etc.) will not be applied. If you wish to take advantage of member benefits, please ensure that you book through the hotel's official website.
