2013 - Present

In the period from 2013 to 2022, our company embarked on a journey of significant expansion and business succession, marking a chapter of unparalleled growth and excellence in the hospitality industry.

The year 2015 ushered in a historic transition as we gracefully moved from the Heisei era to the Reiwa era. Our head office underwent a relocation from Taito Ward, Higashi Ueno, to the vibrant heart of Tokyo; Nihonbashi, Chuo Ward.

Our dedication to business succession was exemplified through a series of acquisitions and successful management takeovers. In October 2013, during the 25th year of Heisei, we acquired "Grand Hotel Hamamatsu" from Kiyotakan Co., Ltd. Under our new management, Grand Hotel Hamamatsu officially opened its doors to guests once again in February 2014.

Continuing our strategic expansions, in March 2017, we acquired "Yamaha Resort Tsumagoi" from Yamaha Resort Co., Ltd. and rebranded it as "Tsumagoi Resort Sai No Sato," welcoming guests in April 2017. The following year, in March 2018, our portfolio grew with the acquisition of "Hotel Koshuen" from Wajima Kankou Kaihatsu Co., Ltd., subsequently reopening under our new management in May, 2018.

Embracing the Reiwa era, we furthered our expansion efforts. In February 2020, "Hotel Almony Terrace" became part of our esteemed portfolio after its acquisition from Take and Give Needs Co., Ltd. This addition resulted in the birth of Nagaragawa No Sato, which opened its doors to guests in February 2020.

The year 2020 saw another significant addition. In April 2020, we acquired "Green Hotel Mikane," which was then re-branded into the elegant "Mikawa Bay Hills Hotel," enriching our offerings and allowing us to provide more exceptional experiences to our guests.

As we approached the close of this transformative era, in March 2022, we solidified further acquisitions, including "Katsuura Spa Hotel Mikazuki" and "Kamogawa Spa Hotel Mikazuki" from Hotel Mikazuki Group. These establishments were seamlessly integrated into our portfolio, reemerging as "Mikazuki Sea Park Hotel Katsuura" and "Mikazuki Sea Park Hotel Awa-Kamogawa," respectively.
