- Article 1 (Membership Eligibility)
- A Member is an individual who, after agreeing to the HMI Premium Club Membership Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms"), applies for membership in the HMI Premium Club (hereinafter referred to as "this Program") of Hotel Management International Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") and is approved by the Company. The individual must be of 18 years of age or older.

- Article 2 (Membership Application Method)
- Applicants wishing to join this Program must register the required information on the Company's official website (hereinafter referred to as "the Website").

- Article 3 (Prohibition of Duplicate Registration)
- Membership registration is limited to one registration per Member. One individual cannot register multiple times. If it is found that a Member has multiple registrations, the Company reserves the right to arbitrarily determine one registration as valid and to invalidate the other(s).

- Article 4 (Membership Fee and Annual Fee)
- There are no membership or annual fees.

- Article 5 (Cancellation of Membership)

The Company may cancel a Member's membership without notice if the Member falls under any of the following:
1.1 If false information was declared at the time of application
1.2 If the contact information such as address or phone number becomes unknown
1.3 If the Member does not pay or delays in paying the accommodation fees or other charges at the Properties operated by the Company (hereinafter referred to as "the Properties")
1.4 If the Member does not comply with these Terms, the accommodation agreement(s), the rules of use, or other regulations set by the Company or laws
1.5 If the Member significantly damages the honor or disrupts the organization of the Company or the Properties
1.6 If the Member engages in assault, injury, coercion, threats, fraud, or similar actions of illegal and disruptive behavior at the Properties
1.7 If the Member demands an unreasonable burden at the Properties that would negatively affect the employees of the Company and those around the Member
1.8 If it is found that the Member is an affiliate or alleged member of a gang or a similar unlawful organization
1.9 If the Company determines that there are other reasons that make the Member unsuitable as a Member
Members whose membership have been canceled based on the preceding clauses will no longer be eligible for the benefits provided under these Terms, and the Company will not be responsible for any disadvantages or damages that may occur as a result.
In cases where the contents of the preceding clauses are applicable, the Company is not obliged to disclose the reason for its decision to the Member.

- Article 6 (Prohibition of Transfer of Rights)
- Members cannot lend or transfer all or part of their membership status and the rights and obligations arising from it to third parties.

- Article 7 (Membership Tiers)

Members can receive benefits according to their membership tier as specified in this Article.
Membership tiers are determined based on the Member's reservation activity at the Properties during the accumulation period (from January 1 to December 31). Reservation activity refers to the total reservation payment made when the Member logs in to the Website and makes a reservation.
However, for the first year, reservations made after logging into the HMI Premium Club (official launch date: September 3, 2024) will be eligible. The determination will be based on the member’s accommodation/stay history up to December 31, 2024.
(Membership Tiers and Their Criteria)
HMI Member: If the reservation activity during the accumulation period amounts to less than 30,000 yen per year
HMI Gold Member: If the reservation activity during the accumulation period amounts to 30,000 yen or more but less than 100,000 yen per year
HMI Diamond Member: If the reservation activity during the accumulation period amounts to 100,000 yen or more per year
Reservation payments that are subject to membership tier determination will be added to the reservation activity the day after the check-out date.
The membership tier for the next year will change based on the reservation activity of the current accumulation period. However, if the Member meets the requirements for an upgrade within the current year, the membership tier will change from the first day of the month following the month in which the requirements are met. The current year and the next year refer to the period from January 1 to December 31, with January being the first month of the fiscal year.
If the reservation activity during the current accumulation period does not meet the criteria for the current membership tier of the Member, the membership tier of the Member for the next year will be downgraded by one level.

- Article 8 (Membership Benefits)

Membership benefits apply when a Member logs in to the Website and makes a reservation at the Properties.

- ・Late check-out: Check-out is available 1 hour later than usual check-out time (※1)
- ・Free room upgrade (※2)
- ・10% off restaurant and spa usage fees at the Properties (※3)
- ・A special stay gift from the Properties per stay
If you book with an early check-in plan or late check-out plan, the benefit does not apply. The benefit may not be available depending on the reservation status or circumstances of each Property on the day.

The criteria for upgrades vary by Property. Please contact the individual Property for details. Upgrades to higher floors or rooms with better views are also subject to availability. The benefit may not be available depending on the vacancy status on the day.
※3 If you wish to receive the restaurant usage fee discount, please inform the front desk on the day of.
Membership benefits do not apply if:
2.1 You make a reservation by phone.
2.2 You come directly to the Properties and book without a prior reservation.
2.3 You make a reservation through travel agencies or accommodation reservation sites other than the Website.
2.4 You make a reservation using the account of the Company's partner corporations.
2.5 If we determine that a corporation has made accommodation reservations under multiple individual names, such as for arranging business trips for its employees.
Membership benefits may end or change without prior notice.

- Article 9 (Notification of Changes to Registered Information)
- If there is a change in the registered data of the Member, the Member shall notify the changes on the Website by the prescribed method. The Company is not responsible for any disadvantages such as the Member not being able to receive benefits due to the lack of such notification.

- Article 10 (Withdrawal)
- Members can withdraw from this Program at any time. Withdrawal procedures must be carried out by the Member themselves through the Website. Upon withdrawal, all accommodation performance subject to membership tier determination will become invalid.

- Article 11 (Handling of Personal Information)
- The personal information of Members will be handled in accordance with the "Privacy Policy" separately defined by the Company.

- Article 12 (Changes and Termination of this Program)
- This Program may be changed or terminated at the convenience of the Company. If this Program is terminated, all reservation activity subject to membership tier determination at that time will become invalid, and Members will no longer be eligible for membership benefits.

- Article 13 (Disclaimer)

The Company is not responsible for any damage incurred by the Member due to the Member's intentional or negligent actions resulting in the Member not being able to receive membership benefits, or due to the termination or change of membership benefits.
The Company is not responsible for any damage incurred by the Member due to force majeure such as fire, wind and flood damage, earthquakes, other natural disasters, epidemics, or pandemics.
Members are responsible for properly managing their password settings during the membership registration process, and the Company is not responsible for any damage caused by insufficient management, usage errors, or use by third parties.
The Company is not responsible for any damage incurred by the Member due to changes in these Terms or the content or termination of this Program.

- Article 14 (Changes to these Terms)

The Company may change these Terms without prior notice to Members due to changes in social and economic conditions or other circumstances. After the changes, only the revised content will be valid, and the previous content will be invalid.
The revised Terms will be applied from the effective date specified on the Website when the revised content is posted.

- Article 15 (Jurisdiction and Governing Law)
- In the event of a dispute arising from these Terms, the Tokyo District Court shall be the exclusive agreed jurisdiction court of first instance, and these Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with Japanese law.

- Article 16 (Validity of these Terms)
- These Terms are effective from September 1, 2024.
