From the top of the mountain, you can see a beautiful panoramic night view that looks like a jewel box.
It is a "10 billion dollar night view "that has been selected as one of the "New Three Great Night Views of Japan."
The slope car that takes you to the top of the mountain is entirely made of glass, so you can enjoy the scenery while moving slowly.
There is no parking lot at the summit of Mt. Sarakura, so you cannot reach it by car.

"Mojiko Retro Observation Room", with an open atmosphere, provides a wonderful 270° panoramic view of the entire Mojiko Retro area and the Kanmon Strait from 103 meters high above.

The Imperial Steel Works, Japan was registered as a World Heritage site in 2015. Although the inside of the facility is not open to the public, you can observe the exterior from a special viewing area.

The garden was chosen as one of Japan's 31 most beautiful places by America's CNN.
A total of 22 types of Wisterias bloom in spring and about 700 colorful trees will fill the garden with crimson foliage in fall.
Open 7 days a week during mid-April to mid-May (wisteria), mid-November to mid-December (autumn foliage)

The castle was built in 1602 by Hosokawa Tadaoki.It is a famous place for viewing cherry blossoms in spring.

Mikuni World Stadium Kitakyushu (Kitakyushu Stadium) opened on March 12, 2017 as a seaside/downtown stadium.
It holds approx. 15,300 spectators and has only an 8-m. distance from the front row seats to the touchdown line/goal line.

This building was built in 1891 and used to be the former main office building of Kyushu Railway which was the first railway company in Kyushu.
There are real trains that were operated in the past and Railway Cultural Heritage on display. You can also be a motorman and operate a driving simulator inside a life-size replica train cab or inside a mini train.
- Kanmon Bridge

This is an iconic rope bridge across the Kanmon Strait, connecting Moji-ku in Kitakyushu City and Shimonoseki City in Yamaguchi Prefecture.
This 1,068-meter-long bridge was the longest rope bridge in Asia when it was open to public use in 1973.
The bridge is illuminated at night, so you can also enjoy a dramatic view of the illuminated bridge.

- Kurosaki Gion Festival

Kurosaki Gion Festival is a tradition spanning approx. 400 years held by parishioners of Kasuga, Okada, and Ichinomiya Shrines.
Yamakasa floats decorated with dazzling dolls parade around the Kurosaki District.
The spirited maneuvering of the floats, called kenka (fight) yamakasa, is a must-see.

- Tobata Gion Festival

It is one of the three major summer festivals in Fukuoka Prefecture along with Hakata Gion Yamakasa Festival and Kokura Gion Festival. The magical pyramids of light are overwhelming. It was registered as Intangible Cultural Heritage with UNESCO in 2016. The gathering of eight large yamagasas is a must-see.
