1. What amenities are available in the rooms?

Toothbrushes, combs, razors, towels, Face towels, nightwear, slippers, shampoo, conditioner, and body soap are provided in the guest rooms.

2.Are there hair dryers in the rooms?

There is a hair dryer in each room.

3. Are there non-smoking rooms?

Absolutely. However, some room types consist of only smoking rooms, so please call us in advance to check if you are unsure.

4. Is there a toilet with a bidet in the room?

Yes. All rooms are equipped with heated toilet seats and bidets.

5. Are wheelchairs available?

There are two units available for guests.

1. Can meals be served in the room?

We do not offer any meal delivery service to your room.

2. What are the opening and closing times for dinner and breakfast?

Dinner is served from 17:30 to 20:30 (last order 20:00).
Breakfast is served from 6:30 to 9:30 (last order 9:00).

3. Are there private rooms available for traditional Japanese cuisine?

Our dining areas for a traditional Japanese cuisine experience are not private.

4. Is breakfast a buffet?

Our breakfast is served as a buffet.

1. What are the opening hours for the large bath?

The baths are open from 16:00 to 24:00 and from 6:00 to 9:00.

2. Are there face towels and bath towels available in the large bath?

Towels are not available in our large baths. Please bring the ones provided from your room.

3.Are shampoo and conditioner provided in the large bath?

Shampoo, conditioner, and body soap are provided in our large baths.

4. Is the water from the large bath natural hot spring water?

Our baths are not from natural hot spring water.

5. Are there any steps on the path to the large bath?

There is a ramp.

6. If I stop just for a meal as a non-overnight guest, may I still use the large bath?

No. Our baths are available for use by overnight guests only.

7. Is there a fee to use the large bath?

Our baths are free for overnight guests.

1. Do you provide transportation?

For guests staying at our hotel, we operate a shuttle bus from Kyoto Station Hachijo East Exit. Please see the access page for details.

2.Where is the nearest station to the hotel?

It takes about 20 minutes on foot from Keage Station on the Tozai Subway Line.

3.How do I get there from JR Kyoto Station?

It takes about 30 minutes by taxi or 40 minutes by city bus. Take the No. 5 bus from the A-1 platform and get off at Higashitennocho. From there, it is about a 2-minute walk.

4.If I use the Hankyu or Keihan trains, which station should I get off at?

For the Hankyu Railway, take city bus route 203 or 32 from the last stop, Kawaramachi Station. Then, get off at Okazaki Jinja-mae. From there, it is about a 1.5 minute walk.
For the Keihan Railway, take city bus route 204 or 93 from Jingu-Marutamachi Station, and get off at Okazaki Jinja-mae. From there, it is about a 1.5 minute walk.

5.Which is closer, Kyoto East or Kyoto South on the Meishin Expressway?

Kyoto East is closer to the hotel. It takes about 15 minutes to the hotel, while Kyoto South takes about 30 minutes.

1. Is there parking available?

Parking is available for around 30 vehicles.

2. Can I reserve a parking space?

No. Parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis.

3. Is there a parking fee?

Check-in from 15:00 to check-out at 11:00 is 1,000 yen (tax included) per vehicle per day.

4. Are there any fees if I park before or after check-in?

If you park before the check-in time of 15:00 or after the check-out time of 11:00, an additional fee of 100 yen (tax included) will be charged for every 20 minutes of use.

5. What if the parking lot is full and I cannot park?

We will guide you to a nearby coin parking lot. In that case, the fee will be about 2,000 to 3,000 yen (tax included).

6. If I temporarily leave my parking spot, am I allowed to hold it?

Once you leave, you cannot keep the spot. Please use any of the available spaces upon your return.

7. Do I have to pay parking fees if I only use the banquet hall or restaurant?

For banquets, parking is free for up to 3 hours, but if the parking lot is full, we will guide you to a paid parking lot.

There are no coin laundry facilities.

3. Can I exchange foreign currency?

We do not offer this service.

2. Can I walk to Kyoto University?

It takes around 30 minutes by walk from the hotel.

1. Can I get medication at the hotel?

Due to the provisions of Article 24 of the Pharmaceutical Affairs Law, our hotel is unable to provide medicines to guests. We apologize for the inconvenience, but please prepare your own medicines in advance or purchase them at a pharmacy.

1.Can I send luggage from home to the hotel?

Yes, this is possible. Once we have received your luggage, we will keep it at the front desk. Please be sure to clearly indicate your name and dates of stay.

2. Can I send luggage from Kyoto Station to the hotel and vice versa?

We have contracts with two courier companies, so we can send your luggage from the station to you with an extra charge. The same goes for sending luggage from the hotel to the station.

3. Can I leave my luggage with the hotel before and after check-in?

Yes. We will keep it at the front desk.

4. Are there any convenience stores nearby?

There is a Lawson convenience store about 5 minutes away by walk.

5. Is the building barrier-free?

There is a wheelchair-accessible restroom on the 3rd floor of the building's East Wing.
