1. What type of rooms are available?

 We offer three Japanese style-room types; one with 16 tatami mats in total (adjoining rooms), and a Japanese-style Western room with 10 tatami mats and 2 twin beds. A special corner Japanese-style room with 12.5 tatami mats and an adjoining room of 6 tatami mats is also available.

2.  Is the hotel barrier-free?

In the Japanese-style Western room, wheelchairs are able to enter the Western-style room space.

3. Can you see the night view from all the rooms?

It can be seen from all rooms. 

1. What kind of cuisine is Shippoku cuisine?

Shippoku a mix of Japanese food such as sashimi and Nagasaki Chinese food such as braised pork, Hatoshi, Nagasaki tempura, etc.
Similar to a Chinese dining-style, the number of dishes for each person is served on a large plate and everyone eats around a round table.

Guests can enjoy their meals in our Dining Hall area.

1. Is there a time when the bathhouse can be used?

The large bathhouse is open from 16:00 to 24:00 and from 5:30 to 9:00 in the morning.

2. Is there an open-air bath? Is there an open-air bath in the room?

We offer an open-air observation bath showcasing Nagasaki's pristine nightview. There is no open-air baths available in the rooms.

3.Is the bathhouse water source from natural hot springs?

 The waters in the bathhouse are not from a natural hot spring.

4. Are there family baths and private baths?

No. 

1. Is there a parking lot?

Yes, there is. It is free to use.

 2. Is there a shuttle bus?

 A complimentary shuttle bus runs from JR Nagasaki Station.

3.  Please tell me the shuttle bus times and where to board.

 Departures begin at 15:00 and run every hour on the hour. The last bus departs at 20:00. Departures and arrivals are from the general vehicle platform at the west exit of JR Nagasaki Station.

1. Can I get medicine at the hotel?

Due to the provisions of Article 24 of the Pharmaceutical Affairs Law, our hotel is unable to provide medicines to guests. We apologize for the inconvenience, but please prepare your own medicines in advance or purchase them at a pharmacy.
