Conference rooms
A standard conference room type designed for a professional setting.
* Nailing into the floor, walls, ceiling and the use of tape are strictly prohibited.
* The organizer is responsible for the management of the exhibits.
* If materials are to be delivered via a third-party company, please specify the date and time of shipment arrival and contact the hotel staff.
* When preparing an exhibition, please ensure to not obstruct any emergency exits.
* Please do not place excess items in the aisles and/or stairs.
* Installation of sign boards inside or outside of the hotel may be possible, but please discuss with the hotel staff in advance.
* In the unlikely event of damages caused to the hotel and its property, the organizer will bear the amount of the cost required to repair.
