What time is check-in/check-out?

Check-in is at 14:00 and check-out is at 11:00.
*Some plans have different check-in and check-out times, and the settings for each plan take priority.

Please tell me what equipment is in the room.

We provide a set of towels, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, leather, hair brush, hair dryer, toothbrush, nightwear, etc.

Can you store my luggage before check-in?

The hotel will take care of it for you. We will also take care of the check-in procedures. We also accept luggage storage after check-out.

Do you have non-smoking rooms?

All rooms on the 7th, 9th, 11th, and 12th floors are non-smoking floors. The number of rooms is limited, so please let us know in advance. We also have deodorizing spray in the closet, so please use it.
*If there are many requests, the rooms may be deodorized and ventilated.

Can I use the internet?

The rooms are equipped with wireless LAN. We do not have computers available for loan, so please bring your own computer for use. We also have several wired cables available in the library room on the third floor.

Are children allowed to share the bed?

Children under elementary school age are free to share the same bed. We will provide toothbrushes and other amenities upon request.

Does the hotel provide a crib or bed guard?

Both cribs and bed guards are available for rental (free of charge). However, this is only available for twin rooms. As the number is limited, please be sure to make a reservation in advance.

Do you have sleepwear for children?

Available in one size. Please let us know at check-in. However, the number is limited.

Is there a non-smoking area in the restaurant?

The restaurant is completely non-smoking.

How much is the parking fee if I use the restaurant?

If you use the restaurant, it is free for up to 2 hours. After that, we charge 300 yen (tax included) for every hour.

Does the restaurant have private rooms/tatami seating?

There are 3 private rooms with table seating. There are no tatami seats.

Is the hotel wheelchair accessible?

There is a small staircase in front of each private room. Our restaurants are completely barrier-free.

What should I do for food allergies?

Please let us know in advance about any ingredients you are allergic to, and we will accomodate accordingly.

Can I use the restaurant without a reservation?

You can use it as long as there are seats available on the day. It is expected to be crowded during busy seasons such as Golden Week, summer vacation and Christmas, so we recommend making reservations in advance.

Do you have chairs and tableware for children?

Yes, we do.

Is there a tatami room in the banquet hall?

All rooms are Western-style.

How much does it cost to park when I attend a banquet?

The parking fee for party attendees is 500 yen (tax included) per car.

I would like to use the banquet hall/conference room for a small number of people. Is that possible?

As long as it is within the capacity of each banquet hall, there is no problem. Venue fees are on an hourly basis.

By when should I make a reservation?

We recommend early reservations.

Is there a public bath or sauna?

There are baths in the guest rooms and a spa (large public bath and sauna). The spa's sauna is only in the men's bath.

Is laundry service available?

Yes. If you bring it in by 10am, it will be finished and delivered to your room by 6pm the same day.

Is there a convenience store?

Yes, it is opposite the hotel.

Is there a karaoke box?

No, There are none in the hotel or nearby, so you will have to go to the Sannomiya area.

Is there a space to change baby's diapers?

Yes, there is. It is located next to the restrooms at the back of the elevator hall on the 1st floor.

Is there a space for children to play in the building?

Yes, there is. There is a "kids playroom" on the 3rd floor. We are open from 8:00 to 24:00, so please feel free to use it.

Is there a shuttle bus?

Yes. We operate a free shuttle bus to and from Shin-Kobe and Sannomiya. Please view the access page for boarding locations and operating hours.

How can I get to Kobe Airport?

From the Port Liner "Nakafuto" station, which is the closest station to the hotel, head towards Sannomiya, then transfer to the Kobe Airport line at Nakakoen station. If you use a taxi, you will arrive at the airport in about 10 minutes.

Is there a parking lot?

We have a multi-story parking lot and an outdoor parking lot. Parking will be on a first-come, first-served basis. If the parking lot is full, we will provide a nearby affiliated parking lot with the same conditions. The price is 500 yen (tax included) per night. Before check-in (14:00) and after check-out (11:00), the fee is 300 yen (tax included) per hour.

Are there any tourist attractions near the hotel?

Yes, The UCC Coffee Museum and Bando Kobe Youth Science Museum (Planetarium) are about a 5-minute walk from the hotel. "Kobe Animal Kingdom" in front of the Computational Science Center station is also popular.

How far is the Kobe International Exhibition Center/World Memorial Hall?

It is about a 10 minute walk to Kobe International Exhibition Center and a 12 minute walk to World Memorial Hall.

Are there any places nearby for sports?

Port Island Sports Center is about a 12-minute walk from the hotel (adjacent to World Memorial Hall). Port Island Golf Club and Esperanza Kobe Futsal Park are also 5 minutes away by car, and there are many parks on the island. The roads surrounding the hotel are wide, making them suitable for jogging.

Is there a beauty salon nearby?

Yes, located within walking distance. Reservations are required.

Can you keep my luggage before check-in and after check-out?

Yes, you can leave your luggage at the front desk before check-in or after check-out when going out to an event, etc.

Can I get medicine at the hotel?

No, According to Article 24 of the Pharmaceutical Affairs Law, our hotel cannot provide pharmaceuticals to our guests. We apologize for the inconvenience, but please prepare your medication in advance or purchase it at a pharmacy.
