1. What amenities are available in the rooms?

 Face towels, bath towels, toothbrushes, yukata, slippers, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, hand soap, brush, cotton swabs, razor, hair styling products for men. *Lotion and milky lotion for women are provided in the large bath.

2.  Is it Barrier-free?

Please note that the Japanese-Western room is wheelchair accessible up to the Western-style room space.
*Please note that the hotel does not have an elevator for guests.

3. Can you see the night view from all the rooms?

It can be seen from all rooms. 

1. What kind of food is Shippoku cuisine?

It is a mix of Japanese food such as sashimi and Nagasaki Chinese food such as braised pork, Hatoshi, Nagasaki tempura, etc.
Similar to a Chinese dining-style, the number of dishes for each person is served on a large plate and everyone eats around a round table.

2. Are meals served in the room?

Dinner will be served in your room, and breakfast will be served in the dining area.

1. Is there a time when the bathhouse can be used?

The large bath is open from 16:00 to 24:00 and from 5:30 to 9:00 in the morning.

2. Is there an open-air bath? Is there an open-air bath in the room?

Neither of these facilities are available. Please use the open-air bath at our sister hotel, Baishokaku.

3.Is the bathhouse a natural onsen?

 The water from our bathhouses do not come from natural hot springs.

4. Are there family baths and private baths?

No.

Yes, there is. It is free to use.

 2. Is there a shuttle bus?

 A complimentary shuttle bus runs from JR Nagasaki Station.

3.  Please tell me the shuttle bus times and where to board.

 Departures begin at 15:00 and run every hour on the hour. The last bus departs at 20:00. Departures and arrivals are from the general vehicle platform at the west exit of JR Nagasaki Station.

1. Can I get medicine at the hotel?

Due to the provisions of Article 24 of the Pharmaceutical Affairs Law, our hotel is unable to provide medicines to guests. We apologize for the inconvenience, but please prepare your own medicines in advance or purchase them at a pharmacy.
